Shipping Policy 

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 48 hours of ordering.

Items ordered for pick-up  will be held for 48 hours without payment, after which the item will be returned to stock unless full payment is received. 

Return Policy

Nincompoop.gy aims to give our clients the quality product of their choice. 

However, if you are unhappy with the order you have received and need a size change or would like to return the item, you can mail us at nincompoop.gy@gmail.com. Or you can request a return from your orders page (if ordered from our website) within 24 hours. 

Once the returned item(s) are received, they will be checked, and we will issue a refund for the value of the returned products. (Delivery charges are non-refundable).

Or we will issue store credits and you can then use these credits to place a new order.

How do I return an item?

You will need to mail us at nincompoo.gy@gmail.com. Or you can contact us on 706-1289. This request must be made within 24 hours of delivery and items will have to be unused and pass our Return Policy Standards.

•         After initiating the Return Process and receiving approval from the team, customers can return their order within 5 days after the Return Request to our pick-up location at 69 Garnett street.
•         In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's evident that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for socks in the interest of hygiene.
•         To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks. Nincompoop.gy may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
•         If you have purchased a combo pack, The whole package must be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted.
•         Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
•         Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have requested.
•         After receiving the returned item, if the item passes our Return Policy Standards, a refund will be issued via MMG or cash within 5 working days.

What is your Return Policy Standard?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact; products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

 Defective products need not be sent back to us. If you have received a defective product, send us images at nincompoop.gy@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed, the refund process will be initiated.
